limited varietysmall gym
The breakfast selection left something to be desired. I think more variety could be beneficial. the gym is quite small. I think it only has a few pieces of equipment. I had hoped for a bit more space to work out without feeling like I was in a sardine can. There were also some noises that bothered me at night. I think the walls need soundproofing.

The spa treatments were disappointing i expected a more thorough massage. The therapist seemed rushed and the pressure was inconsistent! the room service menu lacked variety, especially for vegetarians, i ended up ordering the same salad every night. The options felt limited and uninspired. i also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the hallway at times. that disturbed my sleep.

I found the staff lovely. They were very helpful, especially with kids. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The beds were very comfy and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles (very thoughtful).
The suite felt very small to me. The bathroom was also small. There was not enough space to open luggage or store clothes properly. (This made it a bit challenging.)
